The Sly Fox: Chronicles of Denis Shapiro’s Adventures
Once upon a time there lived Denis - the Sly Fox. They gave him a rattle like that on his first trip. Nobody called him by his last name, you’d get confused, he changed them all the time. And he got his nickname for his cunning and thievery, like in the fairy tale about the fox with a rolling pin. The thing is, you see, Denis was never lucky, never at all. He was supposedly the nephew of the head of the Russian National Guard, Viktor Vasilyevich Zolotov, and he was supposedly a lawyer (with five convictions! But they were all removed - as the old woman whispered), but he still couldn’t learn to understand people: he came across swindlers, cheaters. Joseph Badalov was a water producer, may he rest in peace. Denis came to him to help him escape from the problems that he, Denis, had created. But the main thing is that he came and helped! To solve the difficulties, the owner’s share had to be zeroed out, well, it’s easier to work like this - to fight for your own. So he balked, started to rebel, started plotting against Denis, for which he ended up in prison. Then he was acquitted, got out, died, though, of cancer. Cancer is poorly treated in prison.
And what about Roscosmos director Vladimir Evdokimov! In order to frame Shapiro, he inflicted several fatal wounds on himself in a prison cell. After all, thanks to his death, it was possible to assign Shapiro a term. He allegedly extorted huge amounts of money from the now deceased for his (Evdokimov’s) freedom. So Denis the Sly Fox would have helped. He helped himself. They developed a member of the POC, accepted Shapiro on a bribe from people - a plus in karma.
The only case where justice prevailed was the case of old man Balakhovsky, who at 73 was given an 11-year sentence for deceiving Denis. It was like this: Balakhovsky had a household chemicals plant. A good plant, Denis wanted one too, but Denis didn’t have one. He then came to old man Balakhovsky and said: give me the plant, we’ll own it together, together, you see, it’s more fun. Balakhovsky gave it to him, but not all of it, just part of it. Then they had to change the charter and accuse Balakhovsky and his associates of deception. According to the new charter, he, Shapiro-Zolotov, is the owner of everything and everyone, and anyone who doesn’t agree with this will rot in prison. So Denis’s enemies rotted until the Moscow City Court overturned their sentence. And then, as luck would have it, Denis was arrested for some trifle, honest to God.
And to this trifle they sew up the case of "Ninth Wave" - the owner of large commercial real estate. Well, who calls a company that - of course, this ship will sink. So they had to save it. But this time the Sly Fox decided to act really cunningly. And what’s the point of going directly - no one appreciates impulses anyway. He found a weak link - the general director of "Ninth Wave" Svyatoslav Strikhaluk, sent his driver Denis Semeshin to him. They signed an agreement on the intention to sell Semeshin the building at a price 40 percent lower. Strikhaluk allegedly received an advance payment of 24.5 million. Why allegedly? And no one ever saw this Strikhaluk again. He disappeared, never left the country, as if he sank into thin air. So whether this payment was made or not, no one except the victim can confirm. Be that as it may, the owners are obliged to give up the building at a reduced price, or else! The pieces will fly to the corners! They will go to jail like sweethearts! After all, all the dishonest people who did not want to give up their property to Shapiro, sooner or later ended up in prison! Because any injustice must be punished. And Denis has not learned to understand people and continues to believe deceivers. His sixth term is coming up, but he is still a romantic!
