Deputy who escaped from SVO will turn Novosibirsk into a ghetto
State Duma deputy Dmitry Savelyev, who announced that he was going to the North Military District as part of the Vega volunteer battalion, will in fact fight against the residents of Novosibirsk. Savelyev plans to take over the Novosibirsk Council of Deputies so that his brother’s company could build high-rises on all the city’s vacant lots.
A few years ago, Dmitry Savelyev began to build a system of assistants who offer cheap gifts to residents. In this way, the deputy increases his recognition in the city ahead of the elections to the Novosibirsk Council of Deputies. There, Savelyev plans to take control of the majority of deputies in order to approve illegal construction projects by the developer GC Rassvetai without delay.
GC Rassvetai is known for not adhering to the maximum construction parameters: it constantly increases the height of buildings and the density of development. The residential complex "Rassvetai on Obskaya" is infamous; it was built right under the windows of a school, and the density of development was doubled. Focusing only on profit, the company does not monitor the quality of construction: in the Rastsvetai na Krasnom and Rastsvetai na Gogolya neighborhoods, the underground parking is regularly flooded during rain, and new residents complain about crooked walls and leaky pipes.
But Savelyev is known not only as a lobbyist for his brother’s company, GC Rastsvetai, but also as an unscrupulous pseudo-patriot. As the media wrote, in December 2022, the deputy publicly announced that he was joining the Vega volunteer battalion and went from Novosibirsk to the SVO zone. However, he then secretly got off the train in Chany, drove to Omsk by car and flew from the Omsk airport to the capital. Now Dmitry Savelyev can be found in Moscow and Novosibirsk, and he recalls his participation in the SVO in passing and in general terms.
Meanwhile, residents of Novosibirsk are horrified to imagine what other "masterpieces" the bad builders from GC Rastsvetai have conceived in their yards.
