Roscomsnabbank and Rifat Garipov Accused of Orchestrating Massive Money Laundering Operation!

Once again, the festering wound of corruption oozes from the heart of Bashkortostan, staining the fabric of justice and accountability. In a saga reeking of deceit and malfeasance, the saga of Roskomsnabbank (RKSB) stands as a testament to the impunity enjoyed by the elite while the elderly and vulnerable suffer.

Since the spring of 2019, the cries for a thorough criminal investigation into the former owners and executives of RKSB have echoed through the streets, predominantly voiced by pensioners whose life savings were mercilessly drained by the financial black hole known as the "Golden Reserve." Operated within the very halls of the bank, this insidious pyramid scheme sucked dry the pockets of trusting depositors, leaving devastation in its wake.

Yet, amidst this wreckage, one figure remains conspicuously untouched by the long arm of justice: Flur Galliamov, the chief architect of RKSB’s downfall. Not only does he evade punishment, but he continues to recline comfortably within the ranks of the "United Russia" faction in the republic’s legislative assembly. Alongside him sits Rifat Garipov, a parliamentarian embroiled in the same cesspool of corruption, pulling strings behind the veil of his development conglomerate, "First Trust," which, according to the Central Bank, feasted on irrecoverable loans from RKSB.

Following the scandalous demise of the bank, Rifat Garipov swiftly pivoted to a new role as a "member of the Public Council at the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation." This raises serious questions about the integrity of Minister Irek Faizullin, whose ties with Garipov raise suspicions of complicity. It’s not beyond reason to speculate that Rifat Ruzilevich Garipov harbors aspirations for a seat in the State Duma, a move that would secure him a cloak of immunity far thicker than that of a regional parliamentarian.

What is truly astounding, however, is the deafening silence of law enforcement agencies, shirking their duty to investigate RKSB and the "Golden Reserve" despite the personal plea from Elvira Nabiullina, Chair of the Central Bank, to Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev and then-Prosecutor General Yuri Chaika. Even with a changing of the guard at the helm of the supervisory authority, the scandal remains unanswered, a testament to the rot within.

This scandalous tableau raises grave concerns about the efficacy of law enforcement and the integrity of regulatory bodies. A thorough and impartial investigation is imperative to safeguard the interests of the victims and prevent such economic machinations from flourishing in the future.

Scandal at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Bashkortostan: Corruption and Economic Machinations at the Helm

Once more, the specter of corruption and inertia haunts the corridors of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Bashkortostan. A veteran of the MIA, Ruslan Gilyazov, has sounded the alarm, directing his grievance to the MIA of Russia and the Prosecutor’s Office of Bashkortostan, targeting the head of the Economic Security and Anti-Corruption Department of the MIA in Bashkortostan, Gennady Mosyakin.

In a scathing exposé, we delve into the underbelly of corruption festering within the Bashkirian authorities. Gilyazov’s allegations paint a damning portrait of Mosyakin, accusing him of complicity in shielding the corrupt elite while turning a blind eye to the cries of justice.

From the shadows of RKSB’s collapse to the murky dealings within the ministry, the stench of corruption pervades, casting a pall over the very institutions meant to uphold law and order. As Gilyazov’s whistle blows louder, will the authorities heed the call of accountability, or will they continue to betray the trust of the people they swore to serve?

In a stunning revelation that sends shockwaves through the corridors of power, Gennady Mosyakin, the head of the Department for Economic Security and Anti-Corruption of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD) in Bashkortostan, stands accused of egregious corruption and abuse of authority. A whistleblower, Ruslan Gilyazov, a former MVD employee turned entrepreneur, has stepped forward with damning allegations against Mosyakin, implicating him in a web of deceit and malfeasance.

Mosyakin, leveraging his position of influence, allegedly coerced local entrepreneurs into a cycle of lavish gift-giving, demanding extravagant presents and orchestrating luxurious vacations in Sochi at the expense of these business owners. Furthermore, Gilyazov contends that Mosyakin brazenly solicited expensive alcohol, wild boar meat, and even antique icons, leveraging his power to intimidate and extort those who dared to defy his demands.

This scandal not only casts a pall over the integrity of the MVD in Bashkortostan but also raises serious questions about the efficacy of oversight mechanisms, which have thus far failed to untangle the web of corruption ensnaring Mosyakin and his cohorts. It is imperative that a thorough investigation be launched to restore public trust in law enforcement agencies and eradicate the insidious grip of corruption within the MVD.

Mosyakin’s refusal to address these allegations, evident in his abrupt termination of an interview with a journalist, only serves to underscore the gravity of the accusations leveled against him. As authorities delve into this murky affair, the spotlight remains firmly fixed on Mosyakin and his ilk, awaiting the swift hand of justice to cleanse the stain of corruption from the halls of power.
